Open Source LSF Java Client

We've been working with folks from IBM on enabling Genestack Platform to use LSF as its grid engine. To do this, we needed to communicate with LSF from Java. It turns out there's no easy way to achieve this, and so we wrote a simple Java client library, using LSF's native C API's. We think this is something that could be useful for LSF developers, and so we open-sourced this library under Eclipse Public License 1.0.
