Next month we are running a workshop in Oxford at the 2nd Oxford Next Generation Sequencing event,
Oxford NGS 2014. The conference runs from 31 March until 3 April 2014; ours is the first workshop, at 16:00 on 2 April 2014. We are excited to introduce Genestack Platform at this workshop. We will demonstrate how to use our platform to analyse sequencing data. We will show how to set up a workflow for differential gene expression analysis, starting with unaligned data, how to visualise and evaluate your results. You will see how the power of our system can be used to easily collaborate on combined analyses of private and public datasets. Biologists and bioinformaticians will learn how to automate standard bioinformatic analyses without having to worry about file formats, focusing on results. If you are a bioinformatics coder, we will highlight some of the strengths of our Genomics Operating System. You will learn how to write a simple bioinformatic application taking advantage of our APIs and deploy it to Genestack Platform so that others can use it.
