We are excited to announce our next release - Platform Update 0.24.0! Even though this release isn't a huge update with new platform apps, it does contain a new Welcome Page feature, bug fixes as well as performance improvements. First of all, we added a new feature to the
Welcome page. Now, you can easily access all your recent reports and results of your computations by clicking "All recent results..." link.
Second, we have improved the way users can communicate with our team. If you have any questions, if something is confusing or isn't working, please don't despair, just talk to us directly on the platform via real-time chat powered by
Chatra. You will find the chat window at the bottom right corner of the page. Try it for instant help from the Genestack team!
As always, Genestack has dedicated significant efforts to improve performance of the platform, and we expect you will notice speed increase while searching, creating files and performing various operations on them.
