Genestack Launches New 'Expert Series' of Video Tutorials
Tutorials will show users how to gain the most from Genestack's bioinformatics platform
Cambridge, 19 November 2015 Genestack, the developer of a next generation enterprise platform for genomics research and development, has launched the 'Genestack Expert Series' a selection of video tutorials showing how users can gain the most from the Genestack platform. The 'Genestack Expert Series' will be a series of online tutorials explaining how to get the most from Genestack's bioinformatics platform through a series of practical demonstrations. The Genestack platform was designed to make bioinformatics easier, and within the platform are a number of tools and techniques all designed to eliminate the need for time consuming administrative tasks. Testing Differential Gene Expression on Genestack Platform is now online. Further videos in the series will include topics on areas such as differential isoform expression and novel transcript discovery, quality control, single cell sequencing analysis, and DNA methylation analysis.
