- Functional Enrichment Analysis
A new application from our Cambridge Computational Biology MPhil intern Kevin Dialdestoro. After you use Expression Navigator to compute differential expression statistics, this application will apply a statistical test to look for Gene Ontology categories highly enriched for top d.e. genes. It provides a couple of filtering options, too. Expect a separate post about it soon!
- Genome Browser Reference Dense Track Full Reference Track shows all transcripts and genes with their names.
But sometimes you want a compressed view. This is a Dense Reference Track, it only shows the transcript boundaries.
