In this release - Platform Update 0.25.0 - we'd like to introduce a new public data flow -Targeted Sequencing Quality Control. This data flow will allow you to create reports containing both exome and target enrichment statistics. Moreover, Genestack's Multiple QC Report app will allow you to choose and compare several such QC reports at once.Quality control reports generated using this data flow will help you access whether most of the reads actually fell on the target and if the targeted bases reached sufficient coverage. In other words, the reports will tell you if your target capture has been successful. As always, this update contains a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements. Moreover, it includes interface improvements especially in the metainfo editor application.Stay tuned for moreplatform news. We'll keep you up to date with all of the changes we introduce at Genestack and we would love to hear your feedback. To let us know what you think, please reach us viaTwitteroremail. Genestack team
