- Constantly improving our platform: updating the existing apps as well as adding new features and tools (e.g. the new interactive Variant Explorer app presents the genetic variants in a form of a smart table and lets you navigate through millions of variants and their attributes seamlessly).
- Continuing to index all the data from public repositories SRA, ENA, ArrayExpress and GEO. All experiment and assay metadata is searchable and the raw data files are format-independent and ready to be used in your analyses. It's that easy to start combining public and private datasets.
- Securing Innovate UK grant which will allow us to work alongside Rothamsted Research, a leading UK agricultural research institute, to expand their capabilities in agri-informatics, initially through a joint feasibility study.
- Launching the Genestack Expert Series, a selection of video tutorials showing how users can gain the most from the Genestack platform.
- Improving the interactivity of the platform with the release of the Genestack Python Client Library, which provides tools allowing users to upload their own applications and directly interact with the platform.
